Opened in 2011, Southeast Iowa Behavioral Healthcare Center is an intermediate care facility offering nursing services with an emphasis on caring for individuals with a psychiatric-based illness. Psychiatric services including medication management and behavior modification are provided by a licensed Psychiatrist. The Medical Director, Dr. Halley Anderson, DO is certified in gerontology and brings many years of experience as a long-term care health provider.
Southeast Iowa Behavioral Healthcare Center is located in Keokuk, Iowa. Resident referrals come from hospitals, traditional nursing facilities, assisted living and community-based programs. We utilize telehealth services to assist with the admission process.
